The contacts screen lists all the individual contacts that you currently have in your database, whether linked to an organisation or standalone.
You can click on a contact to load their individual profile.
A number of workflow / action buttons (as shown in the above example in yellow or grey) are configured to undertake a number of different activities. These buttons may differ depending on your custom configuration of RADAR, however, some default buttons exist to edit the contact or to send them an email.
Default tabs on the contacts screen include the following (note that additional custom modules will not be documented here):
Is the main screen and the first tab that loads when entering a contact record.
Key fields: lists the fields that have been identified as the most important to view on this screen. To view all of the fields, click onto the Details tab.
Callbacks: Lists activities that are scheduled against this contact record. Clicking ‘Add To Do’ or ‘Add Event’ will allow you to schedule new activities here.
Comments: Lists notes recorded against this contact record in chronological order, with the most recent at the top. Entries may also be made here automatically by workflow activities.
This screen details all of the fields (visible to the user based on their permissions) segmented into their groups.
Lists the full audit trail of all activities and updates with the record.
